Choose before building.
- Mapping the tasks that come back every day.
- Two or three initiatives costed in hours and money.
- A decision document that stays usable without me.
AI adoption and implementation consultant
Your teams already use AI, each in their own way, and nobody knows what it returns. I work with leaders and their organisation: we choose one use case, put it into production, measure the gain, correct it and extend it to other use cases.
Your company has ventured into new territory. Subscriptions opened, experiments in every team, a few pioneers moving forward alone: exploration has begun, and it takes courage to leave before the others.
But exploring is not the same as settling. Without rules, it is chaos: everyone with their own tools, accounts and data, and nobody knows what is circulating. Without direction, pioneers move forward on their own, nothing gets built, and the day someone asks what AI has returned, nobody has a figure to show.
A territory is won at the second stage: choosing where to position yourself, setting boundaries, developing a first plot, then expanding. Risk is part of the journey. It simply has to be taken where you have chosen to go.
They can follow one another or be taken separately. We start where the return is clearest.
Choose before building.
Put into production, not into a demo.
Bring AI into real work.
Each step is judged on facts. If the first initiative does not deliver what it promised, we stop there.
We look at the real work: where hours go, which tools already hold, what teams work around.
1 conversationTwo or three initiatives, costed. What we keep, what we drop, and why.
1 weekA narrow scope, a fast move to production, an observable result.
2 to 6 weeksTraining, guides, measurement. We adjust to what people actually do.
90 daysDiagnosis is also a filter. If AI is not the right answer, I say so before the budget is committed.
Systems in service with clients or in my own projects. Three ecosystems built in recent years.
An AI enablement platform that applies AI to company creation and growth. In each of its four pillars (Branding, Marketing, Sales, Partnerships), AI-assisted questionnaires structure the leader's strategic thinking, and the answers become a strategy plan. An execution layer with tasks and tracking makes sure each plan is implemented.
Prospects are sourced in Clay, a personalised campaign is created for each one, one-to-one rather than at scale, and sending runs through Instantly and Resend. Personalisation relies on company research and on the interactive tools in the CIL, so every email addresses a real problem. Conversion is measured by clicks and engagement, not by replies.
The Conversion Intelligence Library is the conversion asset layer of this tool: a series of micro-applications used as lead magnets (calculators, graders, audits), with behaviour tracking and profiling to generate prospects. The portal manages, previews, generates and deploys them from a private dashboard. Clients never touch the pipeline.
Data ownership and sovereignty are not technical details. They decide what the company can still do tomorrow: change supplier, audit a process, answer a DPO or a client. These questions are settled before the first line of code.
Projects that require it run on servers located in Europe.
Models are configured not to learn from your documents, clients or figures.
Every use is classified under the European regulation before it is built.
A human decides wherever the decision commits the company.
Every process leaves a trace: what went in, what came out, and when.
You keep the code, the access and the data. No proprietary platform.
Each guarantee is checked project by project and written into the contract, not just on this page.
Three accounts, three different situations.
Today I save considerable time while getting more accurate results, at a cost per task roughly ten times lower, and close to zero for some uses.
Despite my IT background, my schedule does not let me keep up with every AI development. My use was therefore limited and very costly: my spending on usage and coding had exploded.
With Gianni, we looked at better-suited models and at a local solution, structured and effective, now in place. He advised me to use different models depending on the use case, a method that cut my inference costs drastically. He also drew my attention to the compliance side of my usage (European governance and confidentiality requirements).
Despite how technical the field is, Gianni guided me naturally and empathetically through the maze of possibilities. His seniority and knowledge were the springboard for mastering AI tools and methods.
He also guided me in using various AI tools: learning how to use them, framing my requests precisely and getting useful results.
Thinking about a career change is never simple. I needed more than a standard skills assessment: I needed to see things clearly, truly.
With a great deal of listening and precision, Gianni helped me take stock of my skills, define my goals and, above all, put words to my values. He knows how to ask the right questions and challenge without ever imposing a direction.
I then adapted these techniques to my fields of expertise: analysis, operational management and change implementation. Thanks to their agility, these tools let me save considerable time testing and refining analyses, integrating a temporary change project and pursuing my longer-term research in a targeted way.
Thanks to this framework, I turned my reflections into concrete steps, one after another, and found a role that matches my skills and values after 6 months of searching. I now use these tools regularly in my new position.
If you want to move forward with clarity, consistency and efficiency, you will be in very good hands.
I was then able to turn my different skills into a structured proposition, with concrete offers and a clearer acquisition strategy.
I called on Gianni to develop my offer to companies and clarify my positioning.
This work first let me step back from my activity and identify my strengths better. His analysis and report also made me realise what I wanted, and what I did not.
I appreciated the richness of the analysis and the action points, which give me a basis to move forward in a more targeted and strategic way.
Four tools to frame before deciding. They give you a result on your situation, not a generic PDF.
Rank your use cases by value, effort and risk.
Open the tool 02Assess where your organisation really stands.
Open the tool 03Know which data can go into which tool.
Open the tool 04Place your uses against the European regulation.
Open the toolNo. I handle the technical side, from choosing tools to putting them into production. You validate the results and the decisions that concern your business. Most of my clients do not know what an API is, and that is not an obstacle.
Each project is costed after the diagnosis, based on scope and tools. I do not publish a fixed price, because a price shown without knowing your situation would be wrong. The 30-minute call is there to see whether the project deserves a quote.
Most of the time, yes. I start from what already runs: your CRM, your invoicing, your documents, your website. When a tool has to be replaced, I say so and explain why.
A first initiative can be in production in 2 to 6 weeks. The 90-day sprint goes further: it installs the solution, measures it and embeds it in daily use.
GDPR and the AI Act are handled at framing, not added at the end. Depending on the project, models run on European servers or locally, without training on your data. The guarantees are written into the contract.
Then I say so. A clear process or a standard tool is sometimes enough. Diagnosis also exists to avoid an unnecessary expense.
Yes. I can work with your team, train ambassadors and document the solution so that it stays with you. I am not trying to create dependency.
A 30-minute call, no commitment. You leave with a clear idea of the first step, and what it requires.
